Kitchen Sink Faucet Adaptor

I've been to Home Depot, Rona (the Canadian version of Home Depot) and the plumbing wholesaler looking for a kitchen sink faucet adaptor like this one to connect my RO/DI to my faucet temporarily: RO/DI Faucet Adaptor

I see that the Filter Guys and Aqua FX have them but I'd prefer to find something locally so I can just go pick it up instead of waiting for it to be shipped and clear customs into Canada. Additionally, I tried to buy one from Aqua FX and the security ticket for their online sales is expired so I'm not about to dump my CC info until they get that resolved.

Anyone have any suggestions on where to find one at retail?

I'm looking for a new galley sink foot pump pedestal sink faucet - no mixing valves. I would like something stainless or brushed nickel. Perusing the usual web sites the closest I have found is chrome. Does anyone have suggestions?
