The copperband I put in my 150 cleaned up every last ap I had. It took longer than with the Kleins, but it does the job. And it's a better looking fish. I added mine at the time of a complete restack, and it still was completely finless within day. I'm amazed it survived. It could hardly swim. Now, it's a part of the system. No problem.
That said, I lost 3 in the 46. The first one seemed great. Picking away constantly. It wasn't fat, but not skinny at all. One morning we found him dead for no apparent reason. The second one constantly wedged himself in rocks. One day he simply disappeared. The third one was pestered to death by his only two tankmates. A clown and a strawberry colored diadem (?). After losing that many, I went with the Kleins. Looking back, I wish I had changed tac after losing the first one.
