Hello to the SPS gurus. I need an ID, Guys. I usually do not buy a coral unles I know EXACTLY what it is. But, I could not resist this acro at the lfs. It is a bright lime, almost flourescent green acro. They identified it as a " green knobby acro". I googled that up, and the knobby acro scientific name is Solenastrea hyades. Well, this isn't it. The Solenastrea hyades that I found has knobby growths coming out of a plate, hence the name. The specimen I have doesn't come off a plate.
As far as I can tell, it is a branching acro of some sort. Best guess, anyone? Thanks in advance!!
