Kole Tang ill - Help

My Kole Tang appears to be ill. Hasn't eaten and is remaining behind a rock. Can't see anything visible wrong with him apart from that he appears to be breathing heavily. I haven't treated a diseased fish before. Any ideas as to what I should do?
