Kole tang injury

Hey everyone. I recently purchased a yellow eye kole tang about a week ago. He seems very happy and healthy. But yesterday when i got home i noticed that he has a hole on his side and under it is swollen. The best way i can describe is it looks like a splinter or thorn looks when its under the skin. Ive tried to get pictures but he is very camera shy and always hides when i put my phone by the glass. My main concern is infection and if i need to treat him to help it heal. It doesnt look like there is anything in the wound and the swelling has gone down since yesterday. Heres the pic i managed to get

From the frogsoawn? Ive only had the frogspawn for a week but i didnt think it could do that

The injury is healing up fine with no infection or swelling that i can see. I fed nori soaked in garlic and he seems to be making a full recovery very quick
