Kole Tang not looking so good today.

It appears my Kole Tang may be on his way out. He's swimming in one spot under an overhang in the rock work. Looks like he's breathing a little heavy and didn't eat this morning. All my other inhabitants are just fine and ate like pigs. All water parameters are good and everything has been stable as usual. I guess I'll have to chalk this one up to a sick/stressed fish. I just hate when this happens because then I start to worry about parasites and such. He was fine yesterday...then suddenly bad today.

My kole did the same thing... Fine one day and the next he had a swollen mouth and died shortly after.

I've seen this before with a Kole Tang. I think sometimes they injur their mouths. Good luck.

Is the genital papilla extended? If so I would say it's too late. I've had fish die from blocked intestines and would exhibit the same behavior.
