Kole Tang stirring up sand

I bought a Yellow Eye Kole Tang a couple days ago and he seems extremely happy but he occasionally goes down towards the sandbed and wags his tail while staying in place and stirs up the sand. Is this a territorial thing or just common to Kole Tangs? He isn't aggressive at all towards the other fish and vice versa

Mine does this as well. Mainly in the area it sleeps.

My kole tang does the same. I've noticed he has sand all over his body. I just wanna make sure you guys have the same problem and it's not ich.
