Since fish move fast you need to use a fast shutter speed. Try aperture priority and set the aperture to f2.8- that's the biggest aperture so it will get you the fastest shutter speed. You can also try increasing the iso to get more speed but as you use higher iso's the picture gets grainier. Another alternative is to use a flash- if you try that make sure you aim the camera downward slightly to avoid the flash reflection.
