Koralia 4 doesn't work

My hydor koralia 4 powerhead just came in today. I plugged it in and nothing happens?

Any tips to get it working?

I've never had a problem with my stock K4. Did you try taking a straw to the prop to nudge it?

I will try nudging the prop with something. So it should just work when you plug it in right? Does the magnet part need to be on something perpendicular for it to work? I tried it in a bucket (rounded edges) of RO/DI water to check it out and it didn't work.

As soon as you plug it in, it will come on. Your plug wasn't on a light switch, was it?

Well, I plugged it into 2 outlets and it didn't work. Now I plugged it into my outlet that my tank stuff is hooked up into and it works. Oh well, at least it works Thanks for the replies.

There a good unit, had 3 since last Feb. and not a problem since. Hope you find the problem, once it's going you'll love it.

I just got 2 of the 4's today and PE I have after hour in the tank is crazy! these are awesome for the price.
