koralia and night light

I recently purchased 2 evo 1400s after reading a couple of post that they did work for some people and not for others on triac outlets. I was not surprised when they were not turning off. So I am looking for ways to draw more power so they will work properly. I found this night light on one of the other numerous threads about koralias on an apex. It looks promising but was not sure if any one else is using it.
I wanted to know if they fit between the outlets. If the draw enough power and if they would be ok turning off and on repeatably.
Also open to any other ideas that any one has or used.

thanks for the help. yeah I wanted them on separate outlets. I ended up using some thing like that with a regular night light in one plug. The night light that I posted wont work cuz it is too wide and only draws draws .3 watt
