SPS, probably not. LPS, maybe. Clams, yes.
Depends how well fed you can keep him. If I can give mine a good feed three times a day then he leaves everything alone, if I start missing feeds then the clams cop a hiding when he's hungry.
That's my experience with mine anyway.
