Kudo's to LA

I ordered two frags from them last Friday. They shipped Monday for Tuesday delivery. LA called me Tues morning to let me know that the Fed ex truck had a problem and I wouldn't see my corals until Wed (today). I figured it wouldn't be a problem considering how well they pack their corals. When I walked in this afternoon and saw the hole in the bottom of the box, and I could see right though to the bags I knew it wasn't going to be good. Water temp was 65. I didn't even look at the corals until they had floated for 2hrs. Both were bleached out.

I called and talked to John at LA and was credited back all moneys...its too bad cause the frags were bigger then I had expected.
