Kuiteri Leopard Wrasse Diagnosis/Treatment

I just got this fish in and there are something that appear to abrasions due to collection/transport/whatever. I do not believe the spots to be getting bigger, but have only had the fish since Saturday morning. Fish is laying low (much more so than the other that she came in with), but is eating pretty well. The questions are really around whether or not they are simple abrasions or whether or not they are infected/an infection. I hate the idea of taking out a touchy leopard for a treatment of any kind, so before I take any therapeutic steps I thought I would post here. An in-tank treatment of Prazi will probably be needed anyway to treat internal parasites at some point down the road. An out of the tank treatment with an antibiotic is really of last resort, IMO.

The lack of desire to stay out much on day 2 is concerning. Fish was out for maybe a total of three hours today, went back under the sand for an hour, then back out for an hour and is now down (probably for the night).

Both leopards were in pretty rough shape when I got them, lots of missing scales, frayed fins, etc. As you can see, abrasions are on both sides - but only on one fish. So I am leaning toward collection bumps, bruises and not infection but wanted to see what you all thought.

Full size is here, the resolution is helpful:

Hard to say at this point. Could just be an abrasion. But I would suggest reading up on septicemia and uronema, and keeping a close eye on him.
