L/F extral salt buckets

Since everyone probably switched to the 200 gallon boxes, the buckets are becoming much more scarce. Probably have to buy one with lids at a home center. Those buckets were nice to have around.

Go to Lowes or Home Depot. The sell 5g buckets there with lids dirt cheap. I want to say that I say them at Home Depot because they were orange.

The hd caps dont seal good enough and my salt turns into chunks. Also the top feels wet. I never had that problem with salt buckets. Unfortunately, I gave all my buckets away when I sold my tanks. Once again, suppressivefire comes through.

I just received my order from US Plastics.

I picked up an almost full bucket of salt from a deal last month. I used the salt once, snapped the lid back on the bucket. Following week when I opened the bucket it was one solid chunk. It's pretty damp in my basement but the way the lid snapped on and off, I figured it would be fine...not so much. I ended up getting 3 of these lids. I also thought they would be handy for transporting stuff, when I set up the wife's office tank soon.
