I made a thread in the lounge about this trip, but here are some of the pictures since some of you might not look in there.

We went up to New Buffalo Michigan over the weekend, right on Lake Michigan, was able to walk out about a 1/4 mile out on to the lake. The ice was 20 feet thick in some areas.

This part is all the lake

Was too lazy to go back downstairs, so the porch was in the way. :)

Those are some amazing shots, Todd. To be honest, I think I would turn around and go home when I came upon that giant crack in the ice. That looks like it wants to swallow up numerous innocent families!

Thanks.

I am not always smart when it comes to that sort of stuff -- been yelled at so many times about it that I just block it out.

This shoot (( from my hiking trip in the Tetons )) wasn't easy to get -- and pretty stupid if you look at the angle, but I had to do it.
