Lamarck's with holes in head

Fish has been in QT for a couple months, treated with cupramine and prazi and in the last couple of weeks these have developed. I'm doing regular water changes and feeding a large variety of frozen foods and NLS pellets. Anything else I can do to help? Can you see them clear enough in this video?

IME cupramine can cause this minor pitting. It should go away once the cupramine is gone, and water quality/food intake remains high.
