I would not worry too much, in reality differences in the end shade are less than 1/2 dKh

i'm not good at matching color, but it's almost impossible for you to match the color excatly the same as the color on the card..its never going to be the same color hah..

Well I just got this kit and just tested. I switched because supposedly the Salifert may be reading high. I remember having a lamotte calcium kit in the past and the reason I stopped using it was because the color change was so gradual that I couldn't figure out where to stop. Hopefully I'll get it right and go back to Salifert once I compare the 2.

Why doesn't the lamotte test kit tell you how to convert ppm to dkh

it took me a month to findout that you mutiply ppm X .056=dkh

the instruction are really lacking:mad2:
