Large Fuzzy Mushroom & SH

I currently have a very large ( over a volley ball size ) Fuzzy mushroom in my Main Reef Tank. I have been waiting for it to split , but not happening, so I gotta remove it soon.
Do you think this would be safe in with the Seahorse tank? I have seen a few pics of Mushrooms eating before, SO I'm kinda thinking its not ok. Anyone have a large one in with ponies?

I don't know if all fuzzy mushrooms are the same, but the orange and beige ones I had were stingers and I wouldn't put them in with my seahorses.
Also, they were taking over my reef tanks so I eradicated them with hydrochloric acid in a syringe.

What about fragging it? I know some of those bigger mushrooms can eat small fish... I'd be weary in a seahorse tank.

yea, decided not to add it to the SH tank. I'll just move it till my 180 upgrade is complete.
