Large reef Biopellet reactor options?

I have Coral Vue's largest one but its really not cutting it. My tank is 600 Gallons. I see they are coming out with a new one called BioChurn. Seems kinda pricy though. It is also a different design which I do not believe has been proven. Who is using one sucessfully on their tank and what options are out there?

I converted a deltec Ca reactor to a biopellet reactor for my 330g. Should work for you also just use a bigger reactor.

The Biochurns seem to be sized for anyone from the hobbyist to something like 40,000 gallons, I saw a video of one and a person is briefly in the shot next to it and is the same size as the reactor just about.
BR 150T is Just over 4 feet tall and rated at 40,000 gallons. http://coralvue.com/biochurn-biopellet-reactors/

I was looking around for a new reactor because Im tired of how my Two Little Fishes 550 always is clumped up and I dont feel like I go through as much media as I should because its not tumbling. I have been looking and looking for a bottom fed reactor, when I saw these I went ahead and bit, have one coming on monday, I was planning to put up a video and intial reaction when I get it going since there isnt much out there yet about these reactors.

I am curious how your doing with the Biochurn. I am about to bite the bullet on the 170R but I would love to hear some real world feedback first.

I'm using the bio churn for about 2 months it works great compared to my brs reactor also can hold alot of pellets I'm using the 120 r i think on my 240 pellets never get stuck together stay suspended really good

So your churn wheel does not get jammed when the pellets get smaller like the guy in the thread above?

No havnt had that issue they dissolve but no don't get jammed in churn wheel the reason I didn't get reef dynamics is because there on back order for like 6 weeks or were?

I am going to wait and see what comes of that thread. I would be all over Reef Dynamics but the special they had running seems to have ended.

I was about to place an order for the Biochurn 170R as well, it looks pretty well designed. But if it jams, I'm out. Sounds like we have conflicting reports. Perhaps one has a manufacturing defect and the design works?
