Large, white spots on wrasse

I bought this guy about a week ago now, the day after I bought him, he came out in the morning with large, white spots on his one side. I thought nothing of it, assuming it was just physical damage as I know wrasses can be clumsy.
It hasn't gotten any better or worse since then, and a couple days ago I noticed his lip and one of his side fins now has white blotches on them as well. I'm thinking now maybe Lymphocystis, I'm looking for a second opinion. The spots on his side and fins are not clumpy as you usually see in lympho, but his bottom lip is definitely irregular.

Other than the spots, he has been eating extremely well and behaving normally. I'm under the impression if it is lympho, you can't really do much other provide a good environment for him.

Two Shots from the front, I couldn't get a decent side shot.
Notice: the bottom lip. Also you can see the white spots on his side fin (HIS right fin, left in the PICTURE) and there is a small mark by HIS left eye.

Notice: Bottom lip again, A couple marks behind HIS right eye.

Thanks a lot.

Despite getting no response, I wanted to update. Fish still doing very well. Most of the spots on his side have vanished, although you can see scarring where it's healing. Bottom lip is looking much better, spots on his pectoral fins have not changed.
Still no idea what this is/was.
