That's awesome! The sad part is, if you look at the EXIF data, you can see that I actually took that picture with my PnS Sony camera... why wouldn't they give me credit for that?

Most those large images that have been stitched together are actually done with PnS's. The reason being (at least from talking to a guy at work who is big into that kind of photography) is that most gigapan robots can not move the heavy DSLR bodies & lenses.
