Hello everyone!
The next LARS meeting will be Sunday October 9th at 7pm.
At:
IHOP
3506 Rosemead Blvd
Rosemead CA 91770
Topic: Everything you need to know about clams.
If you have ever wanted to buy a clam but did not know how to care for it..... then this meeting is for you.
If you have killed multiple clams in your tank.... then this meeting is for you.
If you don't know what type of clam you have or what type to buy.... this meeting is for you
if you think your clam is sick or want to learn how to identify problems with your clam(s).... then this meeting is for you.
and if you don't know what to feed your clam, or why, or why not...... then this meeting is for you.
Come on out for a great presentation on clams. We will discuss everything above, what type of tank clams need, where to place it, what to place it on and how to breed your precious clam. yea I said it... BREED!. This should be a fun meeting and yes we will be raffling off a beautiful Maxima clam.
Club meetings are a great place to meet fellow reefers who share the same interests and might have the same issues with your tank. Everyone is welcome, bring whomever you would like to accompany you. No pressure to become a member or participate in the discussion. We can also discuss any other issues or topics.
We meet at an Ihop, just come on in and look for the projector screen and frag tank. If you get there early just let the staff know you are there for the meeting and they will direct you.
Raffle prizes will include a Maxima Clam, a frag cutting kit, additives, Rod's frozen foods and more! Don't forget LARS members get a FREE raffle ticket to participate in an exclusive FREE members raffle that makes being a member totally worth it.
We will have our club Frag Tank set up for ANYONE to sell/trade coral. Opening up the frag tank to any who would like to sell as well. Members also get to borrow the clubs new Par Meter! Sign up at the meeting.
