Hey All,

I am looking for some ideas for a last fish for my system. I have a 65 gal (red sea reefer 250) tank. It is 25Lx21Wx20D.

I currently have the following livestock:
-2 Clownfish
-1 Diamond Goby
-1 Six Line Wrasse
-1 Yellow Watchman Goby
-1 Pistol Shrimp
-1 Cleaner Shrimp
- CUC with Hermits

I was thinking of looking into a yellow tang but I open to other suggestions. I would like a fish that will utilize the open water space as most of what i have now hangs in the rock area.

Thanks
drk

The yellow tang really needs a bigger tank, particularly with aggressive 6 line and clowns. I don't see it working. Perhaps a Cardinal fish.

I just added my last fish in my 65g tank, and it was a coral beauty. I am a bit less stocked than you, because I know that coral beauty can get territorial, and I am trying to minimize aggression. Like everyone else stated.....the tang is too small for this tank.

Firefish and dartfish will utilize open water, as will the midas blenny mentioned above. I'd suggest a fairy or flasher wrasse, but that sixline could be a _major_ issue, as I'm given to understand they absolutely despise any new wrasses.

Lemonpeel angel would give you a nice yellow pop like the tang, but has a reputation of being one of the riskiest dwarf angels. Maybe a flame? Centropyge aren't _super_ openwater swimmers like midas, but will move in and out of the corals and liverock pretty much constantly.

My midas uses about half of my 4ft long tank....3 ft could work. Great personality and really active fish. He swims near his one cave mostly.
