Last night's "Super Moon"

I can't be the only one who took shots of last night's "Super Moon", right?

It was one of those days where I really wish I had a longer lens, because 300mm doesn't get you very far when it comes to shots like this:

In defense of the blurriness of the photo, this was a 1/13 exposure while handheld, as I didn't want to setup the tripod late at night in the middle of the street. :)

Nice! Did you take the pic when the moon was just up over the horizon or later?

I bet that's a significant crop job too having been shot with a 300mm?

Thanks all!

To answer the questions, the moon was pretty close to the horizon where I am (SE Pa.) at around 8PM, and yes, that's a 100% crop.

I wanted to grab the tripod and get a better shot, but because of the trees in my neighborhood and a few street lights, the only place to get that shot without driving was literally in the middle of the street. I thought the color was pretty cool, too, as I was expecting it to be brilliant white.
