My restart is nearly complete. All I really hope to replace are below. If anyone has any of these please let me know. I give up on the many who got colony size frags of each from me....

That Booberry is nice! How does it differ from the Palawensis? More vertical growth vs encrusting/swirling?

I have a piece similar to your "Bright yellow tips" if you're interested?

Yeah, vertical nodules vs pawalensis encrusting/plating growth.

Can you shoot a pic of your yellow? Joel at ostrows dot us

Thanks!

I have pics somewhere. Just need to work on uploading them. Have a busy week with work. Hopefully I can get it done today. If not, probably won't be until this upcoming weekend.

I have the pawalensis (sold to me as appleberry) I can probably get you a small piece of - it doesn't grow much for me but I can probably get a little chunk off of it. Also the flower petal looks very similar to the green with blue polyp cap I gave you. You might find that one ends up looking similar in your tank. I gave you a piece of one I had off to the side - you might have thought it was an encrusting one, but it was a cap.

I'm unavailable for a couple weeks, but shoot me a pm if you want to meet up early August in Schaumburg again.

Completely forgot about this. I've been in Boston and Connecticut seeing clients and at a conference. I'll try and upload tonight.

Randy, you ask why people stay in the hobby.

This.

This is the reefing hobby I remember. :)
Good job guys.

This hobby can be frustrating at times. I think of the clubs and forums as a support group as much as anything else. ;)

Hey Randy would love to meet and see that coral when convenient....

Apparently I'm never going to get the DSLR out. I just shot this pic with my phone because I knew the halides were about to cut out. Here's a frag I cut for a pack a while back that has encrusted to show what I have. It doesn't table as much as the one in your pic, but has more yellow/green.

Bump. Anyone with a lead on any of these?

Appleberry/palawanensis

Strawberry Fields/Sarmentosa

Or the others?

Thanks Randy (ct_vol)! Looking forward to having you over to see my setup and to see yours one day!

Still looking for the appleberry (pawalanensis) and strawberry fields (sarmentosa) acros....

Mai, gotta figure out how we meet up too!
