I was at his house about 2 months ago and he had around a dozen of them that fairly big and seemed ready to go. I wonder if those made it or not.

i awoke this morning to 1 alive rest died overnight argggg i do have 8 that are about 2 months old and 1 that is about a month old. Im using the same procedure the water turns crappy so fast when they start dying it creates ammonia and nitrite and kills the rest. Im going to try a bigger tank next time for more volume im using a 2.5 now. I was really optimistic about this hatch most i ever had i was pretty bummed when i woke up and looked at the mass grave.
If anyone here wants to try there hand at raising some i will give the fry up next time they hatch. LMK My problem has been the first night i cant get them to live for the first 12 hours the ones i get past that stage usually have made it?

QUITE HONESTLY I THOUGHT I HAD IT FIGURED OUT BUT MY LOSS RATE HAS BEEN SO HIGH IM BACK TO *** AM I DOING WRONG?

Chuck I have a 29 gal tank I got for free if you want to try that let me know, I think you should try some macro algae in the tank to help combat the amonia spike!

the problem with the bigger tanks is rotifer population they have to be dense or the fry wont see em and starve

I have a 12G eclipse with sand and LR already established if you want it. I am just housing a few snails/hermits in it right now. I would gladly trade something for it

Let me know

You should talk to the former c_sea president Chuck, He's breeding tomato clowns right now and is set up to breed 4 different kinds of babies.
