As Arati said they are going to be expensive fish and they host in BTA. These fish are indigenous to the Lord Howe area of Australia. I have no experience keeping these types of clownfish but according to Joyce Wilkerson they do best in cooler water of around 22-25 degrees Celsius. They can get rather large so I would keep a pair in at least a 55 gallon aquarium.
i'm not as much worried about the price but i am worried about if i get them if they will be healthy. i have heard that when people get them they get diseases and infections and everything. i may hold off on them for now because the only empty tank i have is a 40g breeder.
I would suggest a good QT setup. They often come in sick in 1 way or another. I would also suggest a tank just for them and maybe a few smaller non aggressive fish. They are very skittish fish. I currently have some and tried keeping them with other fish and they were constantly hitting the waters surface. They still hit the surface when my lights go off on occasion. I have heard that they require cooler water but i am keeping mine between 78-80 degrees with no problems.
i found a pair of juvenilles that i may be able to purchase(said he would think about it). i have a tank set up for them now and has been running for about a month. i am going to try and breed them. has anyone ever attempted this? if so is there any article or threads that i could read?when do they reach sexual maturity?

I would recommend getting the *largest* possible anemone. One of these is okay, two are so much they killed my bta. I installed a sebae anemone after that and its helped.
Here's my female latz with male clarkii (unfortunately I didn't have the dough to shell out for a male latz)
