Good Evening,
I have had a Lawn Mowner Blenny in my tank for a couple of weeks. Yesterday I received a Yellow watchman goby. I did plenty of research before the purchase (especially here). The majority of the sentiment was LMB and a YWG could be kept in the same tank (55 gallon). This was mainly due to the reasoning that a LMB stayed mostly on the rock and a YWG stand mostly on the sand bed. Well, I came home from work this evening and actually found my YWG out on the sand bed, looks in good shape. I then watched the LMB come over and chase him for a while. There is no visible damage to my Goby...yet. Is this going to be like in freshwater fish where a fish will bully a newbie for a couple days to a week to show it's dominance, or is this something that will go on for the length the two are in the same tank?
Thanks for any info.
