Lawnmower blennie feeding

can a lawnmower blennie eat too much? I've had him for a week now and his stomach appears bloated? I have a ton of growth in my tank and I know he's eating it....Can he overeat himself to death?

I had one years ago and it always had that 'bloated look'. He was fine until the day he carpet-surfed.

I've had several of these guys over the years and all of them have done that. I have heard that fish can eat themselves to death, but I've never known anyone that it has happened to and none of my blennies have had any trouble from their obvious overeating.

MBS (Marble Belly Syndrome) is normal for a well fed LMB
