Leaf ScorpionFish growth

I have had this Leaf fish for 2 months now, he eats 2 to 3 gut filled ghost shrimp every other day, he is in pristine waters and I just noticed that it seems He has a kind of growth on his tummy area. It may be nothing, but I want to make sure it is nothing to worry about.

Any thoughts?
