Leaking PVC

I have a leak in my plumbing at a joint with a tee. Its upstream of the valve. Whats the best way to repair it while wet?

No idea on the repair... but remember to prime your joints, to completely coat them with PVC bonding, and to give them a twist when you first join them.

I take it you wish to fix it without stopping flow in the pipe. About the only method I know of is to place a leak repair saddle clamp over the leaking area and tightening it down.

I had a leak, so I went to the local pool store and they gave me a bottle of liquid cement. After a few coats, it stopped leaking.(and reef safe). try that
