I'm not a 100% sure it was flat worms.. If it was he didn't have but a couple. we checked everything out numerous times and we never could find any more in the tank. Could have just been a couple, but every time I have noticed them they were all over the place. We figured might as well treat for them just in case, couldn't hurt anything.
