LED and Zoas

Has anyone had zoas growth rate slow with switching to LEDs? I got some eagle eyes from a guy and he said they were growing fast under halides in his 240gallon. I put them in my 7.5 gallon cube about a month ago and they haven't had any new growth and have changed to more of a purple center instead of orange. I have the new 7 led par 38 bulb from rapid led and nitrites are 0, nitrates ~5ppm, and calcium is around 410. They look healthy and always stay open i was just wondering if anyone else has had this happen or am I just being too impatient.

they are adjusting to the differences in between the 2 tanks... give them some time and once settled in they should start to grow

Thanks for the response. I figured I was just being impatient just wanted to make sure before it was to late if something was wrong.

When I took my first frag home, the zoas were switching from LED lighting to T5HO. -I'm not trying to boast one type of lighting over the other here, just stating the adjustment period between types of light.- For the first week or two, nothing happened. They opened up like normal, and looked ok but there was no growth. Now in the past two weeks, there has been new polyps spreading and the color has also intensified. I think they just need a little time as well. :D

PS - Got any pics?

I am just still a little cautious about the led's since this is the first coral I have had under it and I have seen a lot of mixed reviews about leds. I will try to post some pics tomorrow. It is at my office and right now I am out of the office a lot working at campuses.
