Looks awesome. Did you use any optic lenses? Or did you go with just open LED's? I used some 55 degree lenses on my setup, and they have been one source of frustration for me. Hard to epoxy the suckers on and keep them looking clean.

On a side note, I dig the dark sand. What kind of sand is that?

Jason,

Currently I just have the LEDs open with no optics until I can get some par readings done next week. I can tell you that with 240 LEDs running less than 70 Percent, the corals and inverts are loving them.

The sand I used isint as black as it looks online but I really think it looks great, here is a link to the OEM

That's a nice build and tank. Have you summed the costs for the LED build?
