LED fixture

Bought two of the aqua master units a couple weeks ago. Am buying a third. I was an early adopter of leds and have had evolution, smgs and solaris on my tank at different times. These are by far better than anything I've had yet.

Could you please post some photos here?

Here are some pics.
Lights on and off and an fts. The aqua masters are covering the middle and left.

Hi all, need some advice! I have a 75g fowlr tank with just green star polyps. I use an old 4 bulb t12. I need a new light but don't really know what to get. Are thee lights overkill for my needs and t5 better? If these do make sense, what would be the minimum lights I would need ? I'm not really sure how to gauge what to get. And budget is tight.

Thanks!!!

Aqua master looks nice, I would have bought one a while ago but 1 fixture is too big for my tank. Really like the ability to have t5 actinics with the LEDs since a lot of people argue about t5 vs led..

Does anybody have the 50x3w with pics? From what I gather the aquamaster and the 50x3w share the same main leds but the aquamasters use moonlights and t5's. I want to put them over a 40 b.

I am pretty sure you can get the aqua master with cree led's which are higher end than the 50x3w fixture's bridgelux.

I also remember the aqua master having 40x3w led + 2x14w t5s +33x1w moon lights.. it is a better fixture IMO.. it is just ~23 inches long and my tank is only 21" long! lol... would look awkward.

I am planning on getting a 50x3w fixture in the next few weeks when they resolve some issues, will post a review & pics once I get it up and running with some corals to showcase.

•Three different light sources:
40pcs 3W high power bridgelux LEDs -20 455nm blue + 20 14000K white.
33pcs SMD 5050 blue LEDs - moonlight. 2pcs 14W T5 fluorescent lamps.

This is from their website Maybe in their catalog it is cree. I can't check it from work it's downloaded on my home PC.

Couldn't you hang it so it doesn't look out of place? 1 inch per side if elevated wouldn't be too noticeable I would think. What issues are they having with the 50 3W the controller?

If anyone is interested Eshines can do a dual power cord for the 50x3w for $4 more. Just ordered one shipping was $75 to florida.

What do you think would be better two 48" washers or two 60 watt classics. I think I will need more light, but I would like to try first with this configuration.

I have the 100x 3W Brigdelux on my 90gal for a month now and it was too much light. I had it on a bracket 3in off the water and I had to move it 7in off the water. My coral frags and even my LR was burning. I just moved the light three days ago so I don't know if it is right now, but I can tell you it is a lot of light. I don't have a PAR meter, so I don't know the true numbers.
The light seems to be good quality and runs cool with the two fans.
