LED for 29 gal?

I have a 29 gal. Bio cube, and want to know if I should up grade to led, or is their something else I should be considering for lighting.

OR T247 is on sale right now if looking for a deal. I'm not a current user of this fixture but I've read many good reviews. Its a no frills fixture, just a basic 2 channel LED with timer. The LED's are spaced out, and light spread is good for a budget LED.
