Does anyone know what LED's these are. I have to replace 3 of them and just need to know who manufactures them or something similar. They are 1w, 640nm. Had 3 of them fail on my Current PowerBright strip (current replaced the whole unit for me and I got to keep the defective one :D)

500!

500!

yea they should, but I have the lens covers that fit these and wanted to make them fit the stock housing. I found same one's as these on one website, but you have to order 500or more :hmm5:

Though maybe some other techies may be able to find these somewhere else. If not I may replace them with different ones.

Try that (Garage2117) I think is his name, He has a build on here with homemade LED's that he is making. I think he does them for a living or something related.

I buy most of my parts from Mouser. I've been buying from them for probably 6 or 7 years. They have amazing customer service, too. The only downside is that it can take some time to get used to their website... it can be a pain to search for items sometimes. There aren't many things they don't carry, but if they don't have it, Digikey will. :)

Nice tutorial, Rick! When you gonna put those Hitec stickers to good use and come flying with us? ;)

I have always used digikey, but it can be a PITA to find the parts some times. Mouser is not that bad to navigate.

I am waiting until you can actually fly the plane then I will come, hahahaha....

I'm ready whenever. I just enjoy being able to fly in my front yard :)

hahaha. Any time Zach. I can take you to the zebra farm down the street also ;)

I dont think I want brandon trying to fix my roof hahaha.... There are some trees he can get stuck in.
