Led light acclimation suggestion

I just got 2 kessil a150w along with still running 4 t5 (39w) on top of my 65 gal. I recently decided to go mostly SPS for now but I still have pretty much mixed. Currently for LED acclimation I'm running my LED 2 hr on and 45 mins off throughout a 12 hr cycle. Is this a good acclimation schedule? I was told by another person that I should run them continuous for 4 hrs a day for say a week then slowly increase my hours per day. Which method is better? Please keep in mind that most of my SPS are new addition to the tank and mainly have been under LED at LFS/wholesaler prior to getting in my tank. The light acclimation is mainly for my previous inhabitants.

another option which I have used with DIY pendants is to hang them up much higher than there ultimate height and slowly lower them over several weeks as the coral ajusts. I then repeat this if I add any new corals, just over a shorter period of time depending on where the new arrivals are placed.
