Hi, I have a JBJ LED hood with 25 LEDs. The stock LED has 25pcs 14K (very white) and 2 Blue LED for Day/Dusk and 4 light Blue Moonlights on the each side of the tank corners.
My questions pertains to the existing 25 Main LEDS. I have replaced 15 of the LEDs with Royal Blue (440-450nm) and the remaining 10 pcs are the stock 14K LED.
The color combo is OK but still does not POP. My main reason is to have the coral growth and the tank color appearance.
With my current mix of LED:
15 x Royal Blue (440-450nm)
10 x stock LED - White (14K- ??nm)
2 x Dawn/Dusk - Blue (466nm)
4 x Moonlights - Blue (456nm)
I wanted to replace the 10pcs of the 14K white with more of the POP color LED or GROWTH LED.
Any suggestions what I should do on the 25pc total of the Royal Blue/14K LED mix?
I can put UV, Reds, Violets, warm/cool white, full spectrum,yellow, etc LED. Just want the color to POP and have better Coral Growth.
