LED lighting for DIY Algae Scrubber need help

I've been running my 9"x 12" single sided algae scrubber now for 4 years mixed results 80 gallon reef. Two years ago replaced CFL bulbs for 2 cree led bulbs one 75 Watt 27k and 60 watt 5k from home depot they grow algae ok but is it efficient enough still have algae in DT? Recently added two small power heads to increase flow on screen.

Ones I've been using that work really well (At least for growing chaeto like crazy) are Osram/Sylvania 75w equivalent (13W) LED 5000k daylight that has a floodlight style bulb. LED is right in the middle and has a dome reflector around it on the inside and a clear face. Sylvania part # is 79080.
