Hey everybody,
Question for you guys. I have a Biocube29 with two Ecoxotic Pro Modules. One is the all blue and the other is the 12k white/blue combo. I wanted a more bluish look in the tank so I did the following:
Running the all blue module at full power and I put a dimmer onto the 12k white/blue combo one. I probably have it running about 30-40% power. I have achieved the look at want and the coral corals really pop.
The lighting schedule is as follows:
All blue from 11:30-8:30 with the blue/white combo stripping turning on at noon and running till about 6:30. I have softies, LPS, zoos, etc..in there right now. Anyone see any concern. Talked to a couple of LFS and they say all should be good, just slower growth. Thoughts and ideas are welcomed. Thanks.
