LED Moon Lights Cheap

I have had this set up for a year and love them. I bought a LED blue light set for about 6 dollars and Target. Them used Two thin boards to drill holes in to mount the lights through. This holds them at different angles and lights the entire aquarium. When I drill the holes I put one to the front of the tank and the next the opposite. My tank required two strips of these lights to cover the entire tank. 5.5 foot x 2.5 foot.

The lights I used were led so that the light was like a little spot light in the tank. These are the short stubby ones, not the old fashioned pointy lights. If you can find them without clips the fit into the drilled holes better. I lights I just bought to replace my old ones had the clips and I had to cut them off with a utility knife. I covered the wood with metal tape to keep it cleaner. More pics.
