LED Question for a 55 gallon tank

Looking to purchase LED strip to replace the compact fluorescent set up on my newly purchased established tank. Would the AquaticLife EDGE LED work for soft corals and Zoas? If not what would be a good programmable alternative?

Depending on your budget and rock scape, a single BuildmyLED strip in the 14k-20k color range would do fine for low light applications.
