Led's?? Help?!?!

I just got a 5 gallon tank. My friends are telling me to do LED's. They showed me one Ultra Bright White with 25 lights at 16in long powered by a DC volt. Has anyone done this. Anyone know of what corals can be done underneath these. Or what they are good for

LED's are getting VERY popular to light picos/small nano's
