We are running an old PFO system (old LED technology) and the system is doing great. Its a 36 inch deep tank with acros, chalices and clams at the sand bed. Par at the sand bed is around 200 in some spots and as low as 50 in others (depends on overhangs from other corals. We are seeing many of our acros growing in a flat pattern rather than growing to the light if that tells you anything.
