Left food out.

I left my Rod's fish food out the other day. It melted but I froze it about 6 hours later. Do you guys think it is good still?

It has oyster squid clam ect...
 
I would toss it -- this is coming from back when I was a "certified food safety manager" -- had to take that class back when I managed a bar (( that served food )) in Chicago. One of the things that I have always remembered is the part of the "temperature danger zone"; basically (( for this example )) when frozen food is kept above 41* for more then 4 hours is it no longer considered safe, and must be disposed of properly.
 
I did the same thing a few months ago & a friend said he stopped doing that bye bringing the 'cup with water' to the freezer thereby being able to put the frozen bag back in the freezer right after breaking off a piece. This worked for me. Jim
