Lemon Peel Angels

Hello Blue Zoo!!

Do you ever get in very small Juvenile Lemon Peel Angelfish? Juveniles under 1"?

Hey Mike. We do have some really small ones in right now actually. Not quite down to 1" but very close. The smallest one I saw was just over an inch. If you want one let us know and we can set it aside for you.

Are these little fish eating, and healthy (stupid question I know) Actually if there are two little ones Id like to get both. I am at work today until five and will be unable to order until I leave. Is it possible that you could hold them until I am able to call this evening?

Of course. We actually always have these angels here in mass so it will be no problem to label the two smalls for you. They are eating and look fat to me. It is a little tough with these small fish because they need to eat so often but I am sure you know that. They are from Tahiti (most lemonpeel angels are shipped from there these days) and the fish coming from that station are really amazing.

Yes both do. From what I can tell they develop it pretty quickly post larval stage. I have never seen one that small in person. Just in pictures but it is there from a really early age.

Those we pretty much always have as well. They come from Marshall on an extremely regular basis. I think I saw some that were the same size as the smallest lemonpeels.
