What is the different between Mirco Len and Marco len?

This is the len I am referring to:

Nikon AF-S VR Micro-Nikkor 105mm f/2.8G ED-IF Lens

I think I can get a great deal on it. But don't want to pull the trigger if I have no use for it.

That lens is a macro photography lens and provides a 1:1 size ratio. A very nice lens from what I hear but I have never used it.

Keep in mind there are very few legit "great" deals on camera gear. Be sure to research the company (resellerratings.com) or person as best as you can. The camera market for legit gear is pretty efficient and good gear will get good prices.

Nikon calls their macro lenses "micro" for some reason, all the same though
