The PSAS
is pround to present
Refugiums with Leng Sy
July 22nd ~ starting at 2:00pm
The club has been invited especially to a couple of sponsor stores this month! We will meet up at 2pm at Kahuna Corals in Renton to see Barry's brand new expanded retail shop, see some fabulous corals for sale, and there will be a pre-meeting sign up to modify your maxijet powerhead (there will be a $20.00 charge for parts, but you will walk away with a 2000gph wide spray powerhead!!) we will also have some snacks and have a good time socializing.
At 430pm we will head down to Indoor Reef to spend the late afternoon /evening. It is their grand reopening sale, and they will have completely stocked tanks and a extra special PSAS sale going on followed by a talk and slide show from Leng Sy from Aquatic Ecosystems. He will be talking about refugiums and the ecosystem method.
Indoor Reef and PSAS will be having a raffle going on for a 24 gallon aqua pod. I know some members love raffles, hope to see you there!
It is sure to be a packed afternoon; don't forget your coolers and we hope to see you at both stores!
Kahuna Corals and Indoor Reef are excellent and supportive club sponsors so let's get out there and show our appreciation!!

Mission statement
Our club is committed to the preservation of the world's reefs while at the same time maintaining a sustainable hobby. We feel that this is possible through the education of our members on animal husbandry, as well as strongly encouraging coral propagation and aqua culturing of reef animals in the home. This hobby/passion has progressed to the point where, amazingly enough, many of our members have tanks that are literally filled with corals that have never been in the ocean. All were "farmed" by aqua culture facilities, or in most cases propagated by fellow hobbyists in the area.

I am sure this will be a good time. Good people all enjoying the same Hobby with lots of smiles!
