can u get lenses for a standard digital camera that gives u really clear shots? of like tanks and stuff, because my olympus has a threaded thing where ur zoom lens is for add on lenses but which one gives u really clear pics?

They do make 'helper' lenses that thread mount to your existing lens. As fas as how clear or not depends on the quality of your lens and the additional lens you mount. Adding additional glass never 'helps' the overall image quality, you'll probably lose 1 stop of exposure (meaning it will be harder to get sharp shots in low light situations).
